Almost all seats can be booked as awards, but be cautious because many of these seats are only availability at double the regular price.
All seats that are available to partners will be available at regular award levels, and vice versa.
Qatar Airways uses married segment logic.
Married segment logic is when they only open seats on one flight if you buy it together with another.
Example: there may not be saver award space on a flight from London to Doha or from Doha to Hong Kong. However, if you search and book the full route from London to Hong Kong as one, space might be available that wasn’t available on each individual segment. Hence, the award space is only available because these segments are “married” - in other words, sold together.
They have reasonable change and cancellation fees on award tickets.

Doha - Middle East
If you’re originating in Doha or want to split your trip between Doha and another Middle Eastern city, you can fly to the following cities at these low prices:

Europe - Middle East + North Africa
Fly from Western Europe to Doha for just 43 000 miles one-way in business class, or continue to any of the Middle Eastern cities pictures above for 45 000 miles one-way. This means you can fly from Stockholm to Tehran for just 90 000 miles roundtrip in business class with taxes of approx. €200.
If you want to travel to Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia or any other of Qatar Airways’ African destinations that are within five hours from Doha, that will cost you 65 000 miles one-way.
Europe + Americas - Middle East
